e-Luminating at Rowan

This year, as part of the annual e-Luminate festival in Cambridge we created a window display for the Creative Windows Competition.  

From 10 – 15 February, we displayed work made in the mixed media studio by tutor Lima Rose and Rowan students. 

Various discussions took place to identify the theme, and our students loved the idea that when it starts to get dark, the lights go on in homes giving glimpses into people’s lives. Rowan’s own front bay window lent itself perfectly to creating this light installation.

We were delighted to hear that we had won the e-Luminate competition and hope that we can take part in this City festival next year.
