Vote for Acting Now!

Vote for Rowan and Acting Now

Acting Now, a Cambridge based social theatre company has been running fantastic drama workshops at Rowan on Thursdays and Fridays.

You can help them receive £50,000 of Big Lottery Fund cash in the ITV’s The People’s Project TV Competition. The public vote will decide who wins so we need you to vote!

If Acting Now wins, the money will be used to continue drama at Rowan and to open a new group. It will also enable Acting Now to scale up the work they do with the wider community and reach out to more disadvantaged groups working alongside charities and local authorities.

Voting only takes a minute but will make a huge difference to people’s lives. You can see a clip about Acting Now featuring Rowan and some of our students by clicking here.

The three projects that receive the most votes will receive the funding and Acting Now is one of only five organisations competing for it in the Anglia West region!

Voting closes at noon Monday 3 April 2017. Help us by sharing this with your friends and encourage everyone to vote for Acting Now by clicking here.
