Rowan’s Roof Project: Invitation to Tender

We are excited to announce that Rowan is seeking tenders for an upcoming project to replace our the roof of our art centre in Cambridge.

The scope of work includes:

• Removing existing insulation and roof covering
• Raising rooflights and insulating kerbs as needed
• Installing new insulation to meet current building regulations
• Applying a new roof covering, including all necessary trimmings
  
  

This project will cover a roof area of approximately 330m² at the first-floor level, about 3m above ground.
